Our story so far…
Blossom started life when its 2 founders – Roey and Tal – realised the LMS they were using to deliver vocational training didn’t account for different needs or capabilities of their learners, and so decided to create their own adaptive learning platform.
Impressed with what Roey and Tal were building, tech entrepreneur Eldad Nir invested seed capital to help move Blossom to a new stage of growth. The following year he joined as CEO and took over the day-to-day running of the company with a new focus on the enterprise market.
A multi-million dollar project provided us with the stability to invest further into the product. This project also saw Blossom used by a company based outside of the company’s geographical location for the first time.
In a year that saw us move into a 3rd new office (and current HQ) in the space of 6 years, 2018 also saw us receive ISO27001 certification for the first time – a status we’ve continued to hold ever since.
Blossom ramp-up their presence in the UK market by exhibiting for the first time at major UK L&D events such as The World Of Learning and E-Technologies. In the same year Blossom are awarded SOC 2 Compliance following a rigorous audit into the security and integrity of the platform.
Increased demand for digital learning as a response to a shift to large-scale remote working has further enabled us to develop and expand our own team in recent years as we strive to maintain our high standards of customer care – and continue to develop the Blossom platform.

To keep his finger on the pulse of the business and customer needs, he spends time working on support tickets every single day, in fact, he even shares his personal phone number with every single Blossom customer!

One of Blossom’s founders, Roey wrote the first lines of code behind the Blossom platform, and has been leading the R&D team ever since. Roey is the kind of guy that can do the impossible. He may officially be CTO, but goes by the unofficial title of “chief problem solver”, and is responsible for ensuring the Blossom platform is capable of meeting the needs of customer needs.

With a BSc in Industrial Engineer and PhD in Learning Psychology guiding him, Tal is the “Visionary” behind the Blossom platform. Having founded the company with the aim of changing the way organisations implement information systems, Tal now supports customer implementations and advises on advanced teaching and learning methods.

Holding an MA in Neuro science Tal was Recruited within customer training & support. Due to the extensive knowledge Tal’s obtained from customer requirements as well as the Blossom platform she became our first full-time product manager. Tal was put in charge of the development road map which included our improved UX design, and the addition of some cool new features such as our LXP module.

Maayan arrived at Blossom as a Customer Success Manager, but soon took on the responsibility of Blossom strategic customers and started to working on high-level tenders, from which Blossom won large scale contracts. Due to Maayan’s understanding of the requirements of these large organisations and the level of support required to get them onboarded, Maayan was promoted to Head of Training & Support.
