Blossom Leadership
Eldad Nir, CEO
Eldad Nir is a multi-disciplinary entrepreneurship evangelist. He established his first business at the age of 22, in climbing and rescue training, which he sold 5 years later, and went on to successfully establish and exit many ventures. In 2010, Eldad invested seed money in Blossom and has since taken a critical leadership role in guiding Blossom to success, thanks to the talented Blossom team.
Eldad is an enthusiastic athlete, who has completed more than 1300 skydives in locations all over the world.

Roey Cohen, CTO
One of the founders of Blossom, Roey is a software developer with years of experience developing systems. A “tech geek” since his young childhood, Roey’s natural inclination for computers and technology is both a professional career and a hobby. Roey wrote the first lines of code that created Blossom, and has been leading the R&D team ever since.
In his spare time, Roey loves being with his family, building things or enjoying role-playing video games. Roey has a B.Sc. in Computer Science.

Dr. Tal Nevo, CSO
Dr. Tal Nevo is one of the founders of the Blossom company. The idea behind the Blossom concept was developed by Tal in 2007 during the completion of his doctoral thesis. It was based on the growing demand for advanced, streamlined, computerized learning and training processes in many industries.
In the years since, Tal – in his role as Chief Scientist – has continued to build and develop the capabilities and innovation of the Blossom solution, in accordance with his original driving goals and vision.
